Umar Habila Dadem Danfulani is a professor at the department of Religion and Philosophy in the federal University of Jos, Nigeria. Presently he is Dean of the Faculty of Arts, University of Jos, where he has been teaching History of Religion, African Traditional Religions, Interaction of Religions and World Religions since 1984. Umar Danfulani has widely published books and articles in both national and international journals. He has held many administrative positions at the University of Jos, Nigeria that includes Head of the department of Religion and Philosophy and Director of the Directorate of Intellectual Property, University of Jos. He is a Humboldt Research fellow and was also a STINT fellow at Uppsala Sweden.
