International Cooperation
Our Graduate School is by definition premised on an international approach. Our international network includes the Prime Partners of Freie Universität Berlin (UC Berkely, USA; Hebrew University, Jerusalem) and the university’s liaison offices abroad (especially in Cairo, New Delhi, and Beijing).
In collaboration with others, members of the Graduate School have initiated research activities and networks that reach well beyond the established cooperation schemes in anglophone academia. We are proud to be a truly globally connected Graduate School, with most of our research activities ongoing in the so-called “global south”. Our academic fellows have been in specifically close collaboration with colleagues and institutions from the following research centres, and we have hosted colleagues from many of these institutions.
