Hanna Nieber has completed her dissertation "Drinking the Written Qur'an: Scipture and Healing in Zanzibar Town" at the BGSMCS and is now working as a Postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Religious Studies of Univerität Bayreuth. She will present the findings of her anthropological fieldwork as part of the seminar "Koran und Koranexegese" by Dr. Thomas Würtz.
