Seda Altuğ, Fellow at the EUME-Programme and of BGSMCS, co-organises a workshop on "Property and Citizenship". Participants will present research on land ownership, belonging, ressource conflicts and industrialisation. The presentations cover an area spanning from the balcans to subsaharran africa to the indian subcontinent, and a historical period from early modern to postcolonial times.
