We are happy to welcome Dr. Stephen Ogundipe (Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria) as Visiting Research Fellow at the BGSMCS from September until October 2017. On 16 October 2017 he well hold a lecture on "Muslim Songs, Tipsy Sound: Ambiguous Synergy and Economy of Islamic Music in Southwestern Nigeria".
