(Re-)Configurations of Islam in Sub-Saharan Africa: A Summer School on Islamic Practices, Imaginations, Groups, and Actors in the African Context

The summer school, organized by the Berlin Graduate School Muslim Cultures and Societies and the Bayreuth International Graduate School of African Studies, aims at bringing together scholars from various disciplines and institutions who conduct empirical research on Islam in Sub-Saharan Africa. The International Summer School is not open to the public. We are sorry to announce that guest listeners cannot be accommodated.

However, we cordially invite you to the Public Outreach Event on Thursday, 15th August 2013, 6.30 p.m., at the Zentrum für Literatur- und Kulturforschung (ZfL), Schützenstr. 18, 10117 Berlin.
